VIPS26 Abstract Submission Deadline Extended

The deadline for submission of abstracts for the 2^nd International Conference of the IAVCEI commission on Volcanic and Igneous Plumbing Systems has been extended to August 14^th 2026. 

Please consider submitting an abstract and attending what is shaping up to be an exciting meeting between the 1st and 6th of November, with pre and post conference fieldtrips and workshops to coastal cretaceous dyke swarms and the volcano observatory for the southern volcanic zone.  The conference venue is at the foot of the now erupting Nevados de Chillan volcano in Southern Chile, and the meeting comprises two days of talks and posters with two days of field excursion on and around the volcano.
